The territory which is defined by borders of Local action group Landmarks has 35,000 habitants. The municipalities of Novi Kneževac and Kanjiža are parts of the LAG partnerships. It could be conclude the major ways from the definition vision which are the parts of the LAG. The word micro means energy that is necessary to put on the accent on regional projects which is necessary to be formulated ones relation in partnership LAG. The young needs to be focus of all activities which are taken as a rural problem cause the major problem (even though areas of local action group), is leaving from villages and shortage young and qualified work strength. Micro energy which reflect and keep, represents a tendency on working conditions where the participant are achieving a real amount, hiring workers and makes conditions for society development (culture, sport) by the other side, which will Ensure life quality.
The local action group has to represent a place where the partners will advance their activities through together and work on special projects, where will exchange experiences which contribute common success as well as individually. The management will have active role in the fomentation further development of partnerships through member's education and concrete help in writing and realization of projects. The local group strategy is medium-term, has one strategic view but is fulfilled by those planned document which determine shorts, middles, long-terms aims, mostly from thematic part of view. Temporary document of development methodology is unique. We examined much more methodologies and tried to pick those elements which could have being used in local development strategy of LAG. As the first step, we managed our situation and made vision of future, and which will be harmony, values, interests, social and economic intentions of actors and which is going to be a real state development based on unique, socially, economic, geographical limited possibilities of municipality, civil calling, local organizations and population on cooperation. The facts are analyzed through planning sector bearing in mind the interests and expectations actors (business, civil and public sector).
We have taken into account the tendency to under the weight of sustainability and the possibility of survival strategy and its implementation, the role of the private sector is constantly growing. So, is missing a real conception which is based on real bases. As a guiding principle, we were guided by presentation of the real situation as perceived by the participants at the local level risking aware that the document does not have one expert and scientific dimension which have similar documents. To fulfill these conditions, first of all we had to analyze contemporary situation with economic, social, ecological aspects (had done the SWOT analysis) and solved problems on way which are seen the way of local actors, not experts. We determined geographical, in those separate functional-strategic aims and priorities as separately planning areas and tried to give these concepts some developments and managing activities clearly. We tried to make general and specific aims which will realize on short time intervals, through projects and programs. This process will help settlements to adapt and its habitants too, within territorial and functional development in praxis. As we have written previously - one development concept such as this one is the one flexible frame which changes dynamically through realization of projects and may have a new sense. Local action group will strive not to stay dead letter this text. The project document have to finish with action and fulfill plain.
